2. Services

SKY CNC provides precision CNC machining services including milling, turning, grinding, and related manufacturing services. All services are subject to acceptance and confirmation of order details.

3. Quotations

Quotations provided through our website or other means are:

• Valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Based on the information and specifications provided by you
• Subject to change if specifications are modified
• Not binding until a formal purchase order is accepted

4. Intellectual Property

All CAD files, drawings, and specifications you provide remain your intellectual property. We will not share, sell, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your explicit consent.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all customer information, designs, and project details as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for sensitive projects.

6. Quality & Tolerances

We strive to meet specified tolerances (up to ±3 microns where applicable). Final tolerances and quality standards will be confirmed in the order acknowledgment. Inspection reports can be provided upon request.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation and order confirmation. Standard terms may include advance payment for new customers. All prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and volume. We offer global shipping through reputable carriers. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

SKY CNC's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
